Well, not really. But in a recent interview, he told Nilay Patel of The Verge that web publishing is thriving and that in five years time, publishers will still be getting a lot of traffic.

Peripheral has been set up to tell stories. We use data to write about sport, technology and cultural pieces, highlighting emerging trends and other things our readers might not have noticed.

We talk about things on the periphery of people’s minds, and give context to things that are happening which other people aren’t necessary highlighting yet.
